Obiectivele proiectului

Obiectivul proiectului este de a sprijini împărtăşirea  competențelor existente la populaţia angajată cu vârstă de peste 55 ani, precum și angajarea acestor salariaţi care să  transfere competențele și experiențele de la locul lor de muncă  tinerei generații.
